I worked with Ben to purchase my new-to-me Frigidaire fridge. It was slightly damaged (...which was a ding on the side I would have overlooked had Ben not pointed it out), so he was not only helpful and knowledgeable, but also honest and up-front at every stage of my purchase. I've purchased two major appliances from Hahns Factory Outlet, LG Washer & Frigidaire refrigerator, and have saved approx $800 total on both, & they offer coverage plans on all purchases.
