I can’t say enough good things not only about Hahns, but about Grant our salesman as well. We went in on a Saturday and purchased a brand new whirlpool top loading washer and dryer set after not having a new set for 11 years. We didn’t know what to expect, but were both super excited. When we got the set, we realized that top is just aren’t the same as they used to be and were really sad because we had spent so much money and nothing was technically wrong with the set, but it wasn’t getting our clothes clean. I contacted Hahns and spoke to Grant and they informed us that we could exchange them. Grant was not only able to find us another set in the same price range, but the exact same color that I wanted and every single setting that I wanted and more.
