The store manager Adam was crucial in helping me resolve an issue we were having with a dishwasher we purchased at another Hahn location. Things happens and you get to know an establishment by the way they or their management responds. We lost faith in Hahn after our Reno store experience but this location’s management righted that wrong. We love Hahn Appliances, always get our stuff here. Haven't ever had a selection issue, prices are fair, they start their holiday specials ~2 weeks before the holiday so you don't need to actually go shopping on a holiday, and their sales guys have all been great. When we got our laundry machine (Speed Queen TR5), I was in and out in 30 minutes. When we got our range this week, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and took the range from their display for and got an extra discount on top of holiday pricing due to a scratch.
