My experience overall was great. Everyone was polite and kind. My only real complaint is that I called ahead of surgery to ask whether or not I could be invoiced for my remaining total so that I could funnel payment through my HSA account. Then after surgery; they came to ask me for money, and I said that I had been told I could be invoiced. They argued with me and demanded payment then; which I was drugged, how am I supposed to handle that?? That honestly was really frustrating. Payment should have been brought up earlier in the process/front desk should know what arrangements are available. Read more >
