I called for a consult for my wife and me, and granted, I know that my wife needs to be present legally, as I can’t speak on her behalf, Summer was very rude and condescending. I had used them before, but never again. We come to use businesses like this expecting professionalism and courteous customer service, especially when people like us are under a lot of stress. All it takes is to speak with professionalism and be courteous. Summer, I know that I can’t speak for my wife. This was JUST A CONSULT.
