Guardian Inspections

We meet with Eric today for our home inspection. He was kind professional and very insightful. I had a great experience with this company and I know that many of my friends and family have as well.

Eric have a very thorough inspection on 1835 Bonnycastle an 80 year old house. Provided comprehensive detailed report same day. Highly recommend to anyone!

I feel he did not do a very thorough job. I had to ask him to check some things and now that I am living in the house I have discovered a few things that do not work or need repair, and I feel he should have discovered these things. Ex. the kitchen faucet leaks, the water dispenser in the refrigerator does not work, and the outdoor timer for the lights does not work. He should have found these issues.
