Good communication, very convenient service

Great people to work with and such an easy process. We had one small challenge and they addressed it immediately without question. This is our third trip to Aruba from the US and will continue to use the service.

Jared and his team go the extra mile for their customers! He brings peace of mind when traveling-knowing that your order will be handled and taken care of is one less thing to worry about when leaving home.
I actually made my order a week before my trip and while I was on the plane I remembered an item that I left out. I messaged GTGAruba on instagram and asked them to add my item-AND THEY DID!!
When the shopper couldn’t find an item they offered a substitution and if they couldn’t then they refunded the credit card without even my asking!!
I wish they were in more locations, not just Aruba!!

I didn’t give a 5 star because are groceries were not at our Air B&B when we arrived. I had to call and ask what happened but they responded very quickly and our order arrived within the hour. There were a few items that weren’t available but we were happy with the substitutions. I always had a hard time with the website but they were quick to help and even gave as an additional discount.

I loved the service because they were on time.

I’m so happy I was able to order some items, and it was ready for me.
I will be ordering again for my trip to Aruba.

It was great not to have to go to the grocery store upon arrival in Aruba. The items were very expensive, but worth not having to go. We had ordered bananas which were delivered super green and never even came close to ripening... And, one of most important items, milk, they were out of. There were a couple of other issues with missing kittens, but they were reimbursed.
I definitely recommend this service, but be aware of the cost.
