Amazing workout! The owner greeted us with a smile and welcomed us as it was our first time. She also treated us to shots after our workout 🥂 Anthony the instructor was helpful motivating and full of positive energy. I walked out feeling energized Physically Spiritually and Emotionally 💪

It’s a mix of orange theory and soul cycle, it’s a fun class if your into that kind of intensity. For sure I would come back here again and take these classes again, defiantly sweated my ass off. Had tons of fun and there is a bar.
