We were told the renters we had would be taken care of. While one side of the duplex was renovated, they could stay and have the option to move to the other side when completed. We closed without any issues, but 1 week later, our renters were told they have till February to be out. It is now December. I feel betrayed and deceived. Good people are now having to spend the Christmas season looking for somewhere to live, when I told then what was told to me.
