Not the best training for a recruiter, especially someone starting a new business. Program mainly consists of candidate interaction with the recruiter, but not on business development. Although I was assured by their staff, especially Jodie, that this was a program for someone like myself that wanted to start a business. Another sticking point, there's nothing on contracts either, which is quite honestly a very important part of having a business. Barb Bruno's course is laid out in such a way that you have to take a test first before you can go on to the next segment, kind of learn as you go. There's no way you can skip ahead to see what the entire program consists of which I thought was underhanded because I couldn't see what it was all about. Once I realized there wasn't anything on business development, or contracts, I decided this program wasn't for me and promptly *cancelled....
