Goddard School Summerville

I can't say enough good things about this school and its staff. They go above and beyond to really pour into their students and learn each child and their family on a personal level. In only a few months they became more than our child's educators - they became family. I have never seen such consistency across teachers to so passionately dedicate themselves to making each child successful and incorporate every family in that success. If there were six stars, I'd give that!

Our two children have the best time at Goddard! Every day I pick them up they have smiles and chat the whole way home about their day. The teachers and staff are wonderful and really care about the children.

Our son started at Goddard School - Summerville in January, and we’ve been incredibly impressed with his growth and development since then. The facility is always clean, and the welcoming atmosphere makes it easy to feel comfortable. The staff is not only attentive but also incredibly responsive, always going above and beyond to ensure our child’s needs are met. It’s clear that the team takes great pride in maintaining a well-established, safe, and nurturing environment for both learning and care. We’ve experienced nothing but positive interactions, and we highly recommend this school to other families!

My son has been going here for just over a year and I couldn’t be happier. The teachers and administrative staff are amazing at what they do, and they constantly strive to ensure a happy learning environment for the children. Ms Teagan is a wonderful director, and has always made time to answer all my questions. My son is learning everyday, I cannot overstate the progress he has made since attending this school.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this school! From the very first day, it was clear that this is a truly special place. Every single member of the staff is caring, compassionate, and dedicated—not just to academic growth, but to the emotional well-being of each and every child. What amazes me most is how they manage to treat every student as if they were their own. The level of love, patience, and respect they show is something I have not seeing at any other school in the area.

The leadership here is phenomenal. Tegan, the owner, has created a vision for the school that is truly inspiring—her passion for children and education shines through in every detail. Sara, the director, is equally incredible. She leads with such warmth, organization, and dedication, and it’s clear that both she and Tegan set the tone for the caring and supportive culture that flows...

My daughter started daycare in April of this year, after briefly attending another center. The difference when she began at Goddard was like night and day. She has truly flourished since starting here. She enjoys going to school every day, and I have complete confidence in the faculty and staff.

It has been a pleasure seeing how much my children love Goddard. From the community they’ve created to the social-emotional skills they’ve taught my little ones, I’m truly thankful for this safe and caring space to send my kids.

We absolutely LOVE Goddard in Nexton!! It’s been a fantastic year, filled with growth and milestones, and they just keep coming! My daughter loves all of the teachers, not just her own. She’s the happiest little girl and I’m very grateful for her to be growing up in this school!
