God Chosen Development Center Decatur

Our child has been attending this center for over 5 months now and we’ve seen tremendous growth in him. The teachers are pleasant and I feel safe knowing that they have a secured entrance.

Hands Down one of the best schools my son has gone to , they were very patient with transitioning him . From the director “God sent” to the teachers it’s nothing but love . My Son love Ms.T as do I . My only regret is that I didn’t find them sooner . Everyday after school he talks about his lessons or song & games they have learned . If you want a school that’s loving with a caring spirit and educational GOD CHOSEN DEVELOPMENT CENTER is the place to be .

My child has been attending GCDC for half a year now, & I've held back on leaving a review so that I can fully give the best information I could about this place, & I must say, GCDC has deserved their 5 stars.

We searched all over Decatur to find a daycare, and no one was accepting children. We prayed for God to help us find a daycare for our child and it's crazy that the name of this place was "God Chosen Development Center". So we read the reviews. I saw a couple reviews that made me second guess leaving my child, but we had no other choice & they were the only ones accepting children, so we gave it a try.

In our 6+ months of our child attending the daycare I've never seen; a roach ( as some reviews stated ) nor have I smelled a foul odor. The facility is well kept and every season they remodel the decorations. The teachers are...

My son is super excited to come here every morning. On Saturday’s and Sunday’s when he finds out it’s a day he’s not going to school, he’s saddened. When you walk in the building you can hear a pin drop. You can tell the children are familiar with their rules and how to behave in school. You feel the love and warmth immediately. Before coming here, my son’s anxiety was through the roof. Today, he is a lot less anxious - and I blame the serene atmosphere this school provides!

My daughter has only been going here for a little while but I love it so much already! I had such a hard time finding a daycare due to COVID and I finally found God chosen development and I know it’s truly sent from God. I really don’t trust anyone with my daughters care but I feel at ease when I drop daughter off here especially because she can be a bit of a crybaby lol. Everyone is always so nice and friendly greeting you! And I also love the christ like background .So glad I found this daycare ❤️🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

My son is welcomed every morning with a warm and smiling face. All the educators are friendly and well trained in how to talk and support the kids in a Christian environment, I love it. When I initially signed up it took me a week to get a code and I had to wait outside in the rain until another parent came or left, but outside of that, it’s a positive experience for my child, would definitely recommend to other parents who want respected women guiding their child.

Updated: There is zero accountability at this place. The turnover is high, some of the teachers are extra rude and catch an attitude when you ask questions. They will NOT call you back if you have an issue that you want resolved. The director comes over caring but it’s an act, the only thing godly about that place are the decorations inside. No professionalism. I only filled out a review for a free week of care...

The director is very professional and my son has been coming to this daycare for a minute now. The daycare is basically my sons second home. My son loves the staff. I really appreciate Mrs. Apple for time and appreciates with my son as well for the new things she has taught him.
