GIANT FLOOR SCRANTON

Back in February we had new floors installed in the first floor of our house and upstairs bedroom. The crew was fantastic and they got all the work done in a day. Everything looks great and I couldn’t be happier. Jenny in the store was awesome as well helping us pick out our new floors. Would recommend!!

Today I went to Giant. Kevin , Michelle , (Brother and Sister) took care me like own family member. I will highly recommend before you go any where elss stop by you will be happy to have service form Giant Carpet in Scranton. Kevin and Michelle helped me with my projects cost of $0.

Let me start by saying I was in a big box store looking for something other than flooring, I saw sheet vinyl I liked, and asked for a quote/estimate with installation by this large chain store. I had my parents drive 22miles to my home to wait for the estimate and “the guy” never showed until the day after he was scheduled. Then my estimate was over $2600 for a $319 sheet of vinyl installed. No. Way!

I don’t know why we didn’t go to Giant floor first.
We had a really good experience with them in the past when they installed flooring in another home, and I can’t believe I wasted my time with HD or L. I told the salesman, Kevin, the most I was willing to pay. He came to my home on his day off to measure, and he helped me find something within my price point. And by “within my price point” I mean he found me better flooring than I ever expected to get! It was beyond my...

My experience with Giant Floor has been nothing short of perfect. Entire staff is welcoming, friendly, informative and genuinely there to help. Kevin and Pete will go above and beyond. I’ll absolutely go back whenever I need any flooring.

Love this place. After you've been here a few times and they really do treat you like family!
