Wonderful experience working with Adam our sales person. Flooring came out great! I had two separate instances with a glitch and Adam and his team were very easy to work with coming out fixing the problem without any questions asked right away. Great company, tentative sales man, nice work, reasonably priced durable flooring. Will be hiring in the future for upstairs carpeting. Highly recommend services!

Huge selection no pressure

The sales person Kevin was very attentive therefore we thought we were going to have a good experience.. I would give this rating even less than a one if I could. . The rug installers showed up only after an hour and a half to leave and walked off the job because they said the area was too cold. It was 68°. After complaining they returned again the next day and did not put the finishing strip around a piece of our carpet which made them come back a third day. They left the carpeting dirty and full of fuzzies of which we had to vacuum and clean. In the past we have never experienced anything like this and I do not recommend anyone to buy carpet from giant floor. They do not have their own installers and the people they contracted did not do a good job

Horrible experience!!!! We had laminate flooring put throughout our family/dining room, large kitchen, breakfast nook and office area. Molding was all wrong to begin with, we have cove molding in the living room and had cove molding throughout the space the flooring was put down. What we got, was quarter round. Molding didn't meet molding, where they didn't measure right, we have small pieces shoved in. We had wider molding in some places, and in one place, that molding had been chewed by our puppy, and needed replacing, instead of taking in t off and replacing it with new and correct molding, they just put the quarter round on front of it. Please, think before you use this company, I called, and actually went to the store, sent pictures and have gotten nowhere. Where the new floor meets our living room hardwood floor, there is a step up that needs a transom. I...
