I go to Giant flooring for all my flooring needs. Adam makes the entire process such a breeze and is amazing to work with. The installers are always punctual, professional, and do a great job on the installation. My wife and I were thrilled with our new carpet and installation courtesy of Giant Floor. Adam did an amazing job helping us find the perfect carpet and arranging a quick and seamless install.

I choose Giant Floor looking to have industry experts install my carpet. That is not what I got. I spent 4k on high end carpeting and my issues immediately began after purchase.
First my sales agent never booked my appointment time we discussed. Then when I called the day before the install date to ensure the time, I was told yes it's set. However no one showed on the day of install. I called I was told someone was coming but they never arrived. I came to learn my appointment was moved without my knowledge for a larger client.
That wasn't the end of the problems it was the start.

Two men finally arrived to install the carpeting but I came to learn did not trim doors, even though that was specified on my order, as a need if the carpet hit high. The guys called the store in front of me got into an argument with the sales guy and then walked off the job unloading...

I've gone to Giant Floor all my life 🧬 for Flooring, they keep a large selection of Carpet and tile, pretty much anything you're looking for in Flooring. From the Sale's personal to the installers they do a Wonderful Job..

I called Giant Floor of Scranton and spoke with Adam. Within 2 business days he had measurements and a quote and literally the day after that he had a full team of installers out to replace all of the flooring in my house. The job was done within the day. The entire process took place while I was across the country and Adam made everything easy - I was able to text him at any time and he responded quickly and reached out to me at every step. Their prices beat Home Depot for the quality of flooring I received, and the service and overall experience was fantastic. 100% would recommend for their speed, service, price, and quality. We would like to thank installers Tim and Bob for doing a beautiful job on our floor. Not only were they detail oriented, neat, courteous but very professional. They went above and beyond to help us as Tim discovered a faulty receptacle. We were able to have an electrician here to repair it in an hour. The electrician said thank God Tim picked it up because our house could have caught fire. We will forever be grateful to them.
Sandy our salesman was exceptional, gave us very good options and was very knowledgeable. They are all an asset to Giant Floor.
We certainly will use them in future rooms that we will be doing and will highly recommend to family and friends.

They ordered the wrong carpet and told us the one we wanted was no longer available.We checked with yhe factory and it was still available. We needed to get the job done so we had them install it. It was a much cheaper carpet and they only knocked $300 dollars off. On top of everything else the carpet on the landing is put on crooked. Were supposed to get more work done but just cant work with them.

Horrible customer service bad installers and hidden costs.
