I have worked with Giant Floor for years , in particular with John!!! They have done a tremendous job for me not only in terms of selection but in service . I recently installed a vinyl floor in my own home and the installers were kind , prompt , and excellent result . Thank you John and Giant Floor !!

Thank you Kevin and Giant Floor again! I've been using Giant Floor since 2014. Robson and his crew came out to install a new vinyl plank flooring in our newly renovated kitchen and living room. The got the job completed in one day and the guys were incredibly professional and cleaned up when they finished. I will certainly work with Kevin again in the near future.

We were looking for flooring for several rooms in our house and visited Giant Floor in Scranton in September. Adam was very helpful in choosing samples and gave us ample time to pick the one we felt to be best. He gave us honest answers to our questions, gave us an honest estimate, and even had our installation scheduled earlier than he had promised. When a few small issues arose that we noticed after the work was completed, he was in constant contact and resolved them within just a couple of days. I don't know that you could ask any more from a business than that...

I purchased my house in 2020 and, largely in part to the excellent value and service offered at Giant, I have replaced all the floors in my home. Adam O. is a top-notch professional and made the purchasing and installation process flawless. I highly recommend Giant for both purchase and installation of flooring material.

I have nothing but good things to say about Giant Floor, especially Eric. From the minute I walked through the doors to pick out flooring, he helped me every step of the way. I really appreciated that. He came out to my home nearly two days later to measure, and i received a quote the following day. He knew how excited i was to have the floors done, and he scheduled it to be done within days. The installers came on time and worked the entire day. I don’t even think they sat to take a break. There was a mishap with the trim to no fault of their own. Eric immediately stepped in and actually came and fixed it on his own. That’s exactly what customer service looks like! Eric has made this experience a breeze. He answered and took care of every little thing from start to finish and made sure i was happy with everything. I can tell with certainty this is how he is with all his customers....
