The quality of the flooring wasn’t what I expected it had tabs and some where broke and would not connect to the previous piece so it forced us to use different flooring in a room witch cost a few hundred dollars to purchase and no I did not get it from you you where out of stock on the flooring I got

Giant Floor in Scranton did a great job again. This time with new carpeting and vinyl plank flooring to remodel a home for my parents downsizing. Adam, our salesperson, was very helpful and responsive. He worked with us through the various phases of the project over many months and kept with our schedule. The installers were always there when expected. My parents are very happy with how it all came together.

Absolutely horrible. Quoted over the phone $1200. Then tells me $1700 when it came down to it! Old forge tile and floor is cheaper for a better product SHAW carpets. See Tony.
