My experience with GG Homes was excellent from quality Customer Service and great communication throughout the entire Sale process! Paul Burke the Transaction Manager did a fantastic job with excellent communication through the Close Of Escrow COE! Justin the Agent also communicated well through the beginning of the process which went very smooth!

Super easy , great experience! We moved from our house of over 43 years and we had SO much stuff! The house needed work as we had been struggling with some health issues the last few years. We got a fair price and not having to do work ourselves was a lifesaver. Allowing us to leave some things behind was an added bonus.

As an agent in San Diego I have worked with a lot of different investors and buyers of distressed properties and have had good and bad experiences in the past. I can tell you that this was my 1st experience working with GG Homes and they KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK! Professional from day one, didn't play games with the seller and were up front about everything. They were also willing to get creative with the terms of the deal to make it work for the seller who was in a bit of a bind with this one. I would be happy to work with them again!
