I sold my house and property to GG Homes in November 2019. Paul Burke and Andrew Cole are the persons I mostly interacted with. Paul and Andrew and the rest of the GG Homes' team were always friendly and professional. They were organized and made the whole process very easy for me. I did expect some problems to occur, however they never materialized. Escrow closed exactly on the day we agreed upon with no hiccups. I picked up my check from the escrow office, also without any problems or concerns, within one day of the close of escrow. GG Homes inspected my property and offered me a fair price for my house. Their process saved me a lot of time and money I would have had to invest if I had used a realtor. I would recommend GG Homes to my family and friends or anyone else who wants to sell their home without using a realtor.
