If you want simple and easy go with these guys. GG home were always available when I had questions. They were always professional and above all they got the job done. Originally, I started with a different company who never had the time for me. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and I just want to send out a big thank you to all the employees for all their hard work. Highly Recommend!!

I just closed escrow on my rental, I live in New York and couldn't come out to San Diego because of covid, working with GG Homes I was able to sell my rental without even flying out. Paul Burke on the team made it really easy for for us to sell and move our investment closer to us. Thanks GG!

I was living in the home that was in my father’s name when he passed away, but I could not obtain the financing to purchase the house myself, nor afford the mortgage payment by myself. The house needed much repair to obtain a fair market price and I had no idea what I was going to do. Other companies tried to approach me, but none of them made me feel comfortable enough to make a decision. GG Homes somehow found me and developed a relationship with me. They took on each problem I was carrying on my shoulders and showed themselves to be both experts and compassionate. They obviously knew what they were doing, had the cash to back up their offer, and even helped me to move to my new place. I will always be grateful to the people at GG Homes for their help.
