We are grateful to GG Homes for such a smooth sale of our Condo. Everything was exactly as promised. The first call to the realtor was very informative and we knew this was the right decision. They had an offer to us by that night and we accepted the next day. We had extra circumstances with an uncooperative tenant and GG Homes was patient and supportive until we resolved the situation. When the tenant situation was resolved, we were able to close the sale 3 days later. Paul, the Operations Manager, was great during the entire process. We are so happy we found GG Homes and were able to use them for our Condo sale.
