From start to finish our experience with Ashton has been great! We needed to sell my husband's parents' home after his father died in January 2022 and we had to move my mother in law into a board and care. The home had fallen into disrepair and so we needed a real estate company that would sell it "as is". We had seen the ads on tv for I Buy SD and thought that would be a perfect way to go. We contacted them in June, the process started immediately and we had a very fair offer within days. No repairs, no showings, no inspections, no hassles whatsoever! It was slated to close in early July. Everything would have gone smoothly and quickly except for the fact that there were people staying in the house that refused to leave (essentially squatters). Ashton worked with us as we tried to get them to move, even offering them a very generous amount of money if they agreed to leave....

They were very helpful during the process, and Rachel was a friendly voice on the phone since this was a long distance process.

It was quick and easy to sell the house. We already put much money into the house and did not want to spend any more it. We did not want a bunch of strangers going through the house.
