Updated Review - I am changing my review to reflect the level of customer care that GG Homes has provided my wife and I after purchasing our new home.

Upon our original review, GG Homes (Diego Coronado | Project Manager) contacted us to resolve our concerns, and within a week we have been able to resolve the issues we found upon moving in.

The level of care and concern GG Homes, and their team, were willing to provide us to help make things right spoke volumes to their integrity.

We are happy with the condition of our remodeled new home, and the craftsmanship in both the existing and repaired portions of the house.

GG Homes was willing to do this work unprompted to stand behind their work, and it shows that they care for the customers.

They quality of the work provided by Henoch was top notch, and we couldn’t be more...

Rachel and her team were great to work with they helped my mom complete a smooth sale, weekly checkins made the process easier.

I sold my elderly friends house in a cash sale. They were too disabled to make any repairs or clear out anything. The GG home representative came, looked at the home and made an offer on the spot that was fair and we accepted. He never said anything bad about how it had not been updated in 30 years which was important for my friends pride for their beloved home.The electronic escrow part was not too difficult as I had POA and took care of that end. Someone kept checking in by phone once a week to make sure everything was on target. Two appointments for the buyers to do their measuring and planning. And that was it. And no exorbitant realtor fees to pay. I would recommend GG homes to anyone!!

Operations and Closing Manager Ashton Mouser makes certain everything is done in a personal and professional manner. The purchase or sale of a home may seem complex, yet Ashton makes certain questions are answered, and any concerns that may arise are handled in a prompt and efficient manner. With a foundation based on communication and cooperation, GG Homes builds relationships with clients in which understanding and respect lead to positive outcomes.
