Well, It was time to move, and we had been through two different property sales, and just did not want to go through the showings and strangers going through our house. We had two rescue cats that meant more to us than anything else in the world and did not want to put them through the process. I sold my elderly friends house in a cash sale. They were too disabled to make any repairs or clear out anything. The GG home representative came, looked at the home and made an offer on the spot that was fair and we accepted. He never said anything bad about how it had not been updated in 30 years which was important for my friends pride for their beloved home.The electronic escrow part was not too difficult as I had POA and took care of that end. Someone kept checking in by phone once a week to make sure everything was on target. Two appointments for the buyers to do their measuring and planning. And that was it. And no exorbitant realtor fees to pay. I would recommend GG homes to anyone!!
