I Buy SD - GG Homes is the best. I worked an offer thru Henry and Seth for the purchase of my parent's house that was in need of repairs that I didn't have the money or time to address.
The Team was very understanding of my situation and were able to adjust their offer and closing time to fit my needs including a tenant refusing to move out by the closing date.

My experience with IBuySD was outstanding.
For over a year our family was wrestling with the issue of my parents’ house. They both passed away early in 2022. Their house was cluttered, in need of repair, and we felt helpless regarding the huge tasks of clearing items, renovating the premises, and eventually putting the property up for sale.
