I must admit I was a little leery about a company who's ad I'd seen on TV, but Seth really put us at ease from the get-go. Once we accepted their offer, we dealt with Rachel, the closing manager all through escrow and closing. She was uber responsive to any of our questions through email or by phone. We closed exactly on time, and everything was as promised. I cannot say enough about this company and their dedicated staff.
