I was very pleasantly surprised by process of selling with GG. Rachel Zazzera was appointed as my contact within the company. I can’t say enough about the communications she provided. She really walked me through the GG process. I highly recommend the company. If you find yourself in wanting or needing to sell your house, give GG a chance to make an offer before you hire a realtor. You’ll probably be very surprised by the offer they make. I recently had the issue of selling my Father's house after he passed away. I must admit I was a little leery about a company who's ad I'd seen on TV, but Seth really put us at ease from the get-go. Once we accepted their offer, we dealt with Rachel, the closing manager all through escrow and closing. She was uber responsive to any of our questions through email or by phone. We closed exactly on time, and everything was as promised. I cannot say enough about this company and their dedicated staff.
