Had a great experience with GG Homes. I was thinking about selling my home in about 4 months, but after getting contacted by GG Homes I decided to see what they could do for me.

They came to my house and quoted me an offer that I thought was more than fair (didn't think I would get that much if I went through a Real Estate Agent). Met with Thomas the next day and within 30 minutes we had a deal and paperwork signed. On top of this I did not have to pay the Real Estate Agent fees which in essence made it a great deal (would have gotten the same amount if I sold through a Real Estate Agent). Thomas was really flexible, and offered a 90 day close to give me time to find another place to move to.

I can't say enough positive things about Seth, who was my initial contact, and Rachel who guided us through the rest of the transaction. This was a typical "fixer-upper" which was owned by a non-profit - and they assisted us through every step, including removal of a tenant and a cloud on title that went back to 1990 (two owners ago).
