Let me start by saying, The word skepticism does not even begin to explain how I felt going into this situation with “Trina” from GG homes. Plenty of times before we have been done wrong by property management/homebuyer companies in past. And let me start by saying this was anything but a disappointment. Trina went above and beyond the call of the duty to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of throughout the whole process. If I am being honest the whole thing is still very surreal to me. I can’t believe how smooth this whole transition was. I pray that I am never in a position where this has to happen again but if so Trina and GG Homes is the company I will be using. Thanks again for everything

His friendly attitude was comforting and he patiently answered a zillion questions which put us at ease. Rachel Zazzera quickly and efficiently led us through the process with surprising ease. Usually, selling your home leads to a maze of paperwork, but Rachel was there for us every step of the way. The whole crew was a pleasure to work with and the entire process was painless.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about GG Homes! My roomates and I had the pleasure of working with Trina through a very difficult/stressful situation with our home. She was so compassionate and patient with all us! She understood the dymanics of everything, was extremely professional, helpful and just overall calm about everything.. which really helps in those difficult situations.
I felt as if Trina had our backs the entire time, she shows that she has your best interests and listens to you and ALL your concerns.
At the end of it all Trina and GG Homes were able to make a bad situation into a happy ending for everyone. HIGHLY recommend working with this company!! They care about who they work with and it shows. I even plan to keep contact with Trina just because i value her as a person so much after the journey we went with, with her.

I could not have had a better experience selling my home with I Buy SD, Rachel Zazzera and her associate Thomas. They made it so incredibly easy! They were very straightforward and direct throughout the entire process, from their initial offer through the final closing. Very quickly they gave me their best offer. Thinking I should really shop around before making a rash decision, I delayed until I had several other offers, and as Rachel predicted, her's was the best! She was completely flexible about the closing period, essentially letting me decide whatever would work best for me. Then, towards the end, and completely my fault, I realized I needed another week! No problem! She extended the escrow without a question. Getting all the documents signed was a breeze. She sent the notary to me with all the paperwork at no charge. We closed on time and the money was in my bank by the close...

GG Homes/ I Buy SD performed exceptionally well on my condo sale. Initially Thomas met with me, negotiated in good faith, helped me with the process and let me leave quite a bit of junk on the premises. He turned me over to Rachel who supervised the escrow process and got all the parties together.
