Recently I had to sell the house my sister had lived there for nearly 40 years. Not only I had to move temporarily from my residence in Northern California to San Diego area for this purpose, but I had to face this unfamiliar process of selling a house. As my native language was not English and my training was in a science field, it was rather difficult and scary for me to get involved with such transactions.
Tyler Dabovich approached me first about selling the house. He understood my circumstance and explained clearly what needed to be done to “sell a house as is”. He gave me enough time of little over a week to think about the process and price involved. No pressure! When I made a counteroffer, he did not reject it right away, but consulted with his boss to finalize the agreed amount.

So we got in touch with them and got an offer from them that we liked . BUT , we wanted to get a few more offers from other companies . Well after talking to 3 other companies and them not only offering way less but trying to throw so much shade on IBUYSD/GG homes we decided to move forward with IBUYSD . Jo and Tom were fantastic !!!! Walked us through every step at a pace that was comfortable enough to feel confident to ask the questions we had while still moving the process along for a quick close .
