I would highly recommend I Buy San Diego. Seth, Tracey and Danielle really saved me when the first company I sold to pulled out of the deal 10 days before closing due to certain HOA restrictions even though all my moving plans had been made. I Buy came in and got everything completed within the 10 days, not worrying about the HOA restrictions so I didn't have to change my moving plans. Thank you I Buy!
