We inherited a house that needed LOTS of work. We really didn't have the money, nor the ability to do all that was necessary to make the place saleable. Seth showed up promptly and made a very acceptable offer. Unfortunately the trustee and the trustee's lawyer were not very cooperative but Rachel totally went with the flow and accommodated us at every turn.
