Nik, stays on top of every detail of the process, from start to finish - he provided weekly updates by phone /text as to the status of my account. His team Seth and company are by far the best in the business, schedule appointments were kept and on time, respectful for the fact I was still living in the home. I would highly recommend I Buy San Diego. Seth, Tracey and Danielle really saved me when the first company I sold to pulled out of the deal 10 days before closing due to certain HOA restrictions even though all my moving plans had been made. I Buy came in and got everything completed within the 10 days, not worrying about the HOA restrictions so I didn't have to change my moving plans. Thank you I Buy!
