Sales people are very friendly and knowledgeable but the sample we used to pick our roof did not match the color of the materials delivered so we had to purchase paint to do all of our trim. You will always be upsold. We were told after the purchase and supplies were delivered that we needed to have our chimney done to prevent leaks and other issues so it had to be added on. We were offered new gutters several times which we declined, but once the roof was installed they showed us that our gutters were too small to support the new roof. So we added them and the gutter guards. BIG MISTAKE. The roof guys were fast, professional, and great to work with. The gutter guys were surly, did poor work twice, and we still have issues with leaks and an whole area that is missing the gutter guard.
I absolutely love the roof. It is beautiful but I wish I had not done the gutters through them.

for the most part the roof is great ! not happy with the area where the roof ties into the vinyl siding . it buckles terribly in the sun and some of the rivets popped loose . after much delay after tearing off my shingle roof .... the installers were very talented and installed the new metal roof in a very timely manner .we absolutely love the look of the standing seam metal roof ! just wish the roof to siding area had a better way to join together !
