Roofers were very professional, equipped with exceptional knowledge on their experience for what they do. Always willing to answer\explain in detail to questions you had about the job, materials, and reasonings for doing things a certain way. Would totally recommend this company to anybody.

Roof leaked after it was installed took months for repairs that aren't done correct. Salesman will tell you "don't hire a chuck with a truck" only because that who they send at 3 times the price. No organization poor communication. I spent 10000 an now I have to pay someone else to come fix my roof.

Garvin Construction is incompetent and inept. I needed simple snow birds and gutter guards. Although the quote was extremely high I wanted it done and payed their 50% down. Garvin never contacted us to scedule installation. Over the next 2 months we contacted them weekly with the same response "we are waiting on parts and will contact you". In disgust we demanded money returned, after which they immediatly completed the few hour job. Finally, I so questioned how inept they were I pulled the gutter guards and "wa la te da" they did had not removed leaves in the gutter prior to installation. I priced material and found I had payed about $3k for 5 hours of labor.

Showed up to my house in Lake Harmony, Pa and it looked like a dumping ground! Roofing screws were left all over my yard, they didn't get a dumpster and all trash was left in my front yard, literally a whole dumpster full of debris in my front yard! We got samples of a green roof and approved a green roof and they wrote Coco Brown into the contract which we accidentally approved.... I am trying to figure out how to post the pictures of my front yard, which incidentally was already sited by our homeowners association! But hey, the salesmen I spoke with this morning was a really nice guy and feels our pain....

Now, Garvin Construction is THE BEST company ever! Everyone should try this service. This is the best decisions of my life, choosing this company. First of all, I was listening to my tunes on the radio when I saw their ad about roofs, metal roofs. My roof was dying so I decided to give them a call and try it out! The salesperson made me comfortable and safe. So, I thought it would cost a lot of money... But, it didn't. It actually cost less than I imagined! And, as a plus, they offered financial advice to make sure I make the most of my money. So, they came over to my house and they fixed it in less then a week! It was the best company ever! I hope you all try this!

No complaints here, garage and house roofs were done as ordered and both look great. Big improvement over the 50+ year old shingle roof.
