I have gotten two roofs through them, and the one was an incredible experience, but the other only "so so."

Both roofs were timely and don't leak.

One roof was done beautifully without a problem (very thankful).

The other had a few clearly damaged pieces still used on the roof (cosmetically speaking), and there was also a place where siding was damaged on my house (small area, but still notable). When I made it a point to address those small things, the response was "do you still feel like you can pay the final installment?" I said "yes, but if I do, I'd appreciate if someone could come fix those problems." Long story short; nobody came out after.

Honestly, I'll probably still use them, but if something similar happens, I recommend waiting on the final payment until after all issues are handled.
