I did not get the product I wanted and paid for! I clearly specified a split rail system and all I got was standard 2”x 2” stock. The entire ordeal was terrible! Never ever again with this company. And what they did install 4 feet up from the edge of the roof does not work at all. The snow and ice still build up, slide off and damage the side of my garage.
