The overall process was good. From getting approved to scheduling the start, it was very informative. The workers were even out in the bitter cold in January doing it. There were a few spots on the roof that are clearly stepped on and bowed which is a little concerning considering the amount we paid. It is holding up well so far and do not notice any issues with leaking or otherwise

Both of our projects were done quickly and professionally! I would recommend Garvin to anyone looking at replacing a roof!

No communication and inconsistency with construction crews. Constant roll over of who was doing the roof. First crew used my yard as an outdoor toilet

Professionals to include estimating, scheduling, delivery and the installation. The roof still looks great, the staff I dealt with was Awesome.

Do not hire this company!!! They destroyed my home almost 5 years ago ! My roof leaks to this day they are refusing to fix it correctly. My siding was installed wrong! My window now leaks for the past how many years in the winter because of the roof being wrong! This has been a 5 years and still not fixed!! My insulation in my ceiling is now ruined because they do not know how to install roof! Do not hire this company it is the biggest mistake of my life!! I would give them zero stars !!!

Update on my review:
A very nice gentleman from the company came to my home who knew what he was doing and replaced my whole roof by himself! I am very happy with my roof and hopefull my roof problems are over. He did the best he could with my siding it looks much better than it did. Thank you .
