I signed my contract for my metal roof in October 2021. My roof is still not complete. I quit calling because no one will call you back or send someone out to complete the job. I would not recommend going with this company.

We needed ice damage repairs. One of the two repairs needed was replacing a crushed pipe boot. Garvin exaggerated the amount of work involved to replace the pipe boot to both me and our insurance company. They received $5,000 for a job that took one guy 20 minutes to complete. I called another roof company and they told me the fix Garvin used cost about $200. I called Garvin to complain. They said they would look into it and then would not return my calls.
