These are greedy disgusting people that don't care about anyone. They only care about money. Avoid using them at all costs!!!!!!

.Can I get any information on cost before surgery, what is wrong with our medical system?

Much like the other reviews, these folks are terrible. The billing department is horrible. It's a bummer when you are in the ER you have no choice not to use them. Bozeman Deaconess, do us a favor and use someone else. What a nightmare.

The billing department is absolutely terrible and is still wasting my time 3 months after surgery. Bridger Orthopedics worked with Gallatin valley anesthesia on a surgery - you won't be able to get in touch with GVA billing department. They threatened to send my bill to collections despite me giving them my insurance information which covers the bill. A few months in, they sent me an email asking for the insurance info (again) and then later sent me a bill that did not go through my insurance, threatening to send it to the billing agency within a week.

Currently, this dispute is unresolved but I am getting ready to sue them for the time wasted trying to get them to do their contracted job of sending my bill to my insurance agency. To think they're trusted with administering anesthesia?!! I wouldn't trust them with a whiffle ball.

These people are impossible to contact. They won't answer they're phones and will not return calls. They didn't send us our bill for 3 months and when it finally came it says that it will be going to collections within a few days. I still can't talk to anyone there in order to sort out what's going on or to pay the bill. It's absolutely ridiculous.

Good luck getting anyone from their billing department to call you back. I've left several voicemails, get a phone call and can't answer and then try to call back......only to get their voicemail again. Plus, they didn't bill my insurance in time resulting in our insurance not covering the claim.
