You billing service is terrible.. You would think they would celebrate customers trying to pay the bill in full! But instead I got a rude and condescending response for asking for a receipt. This is the worst billing service I have ever experienced. I paid my bill in full and after 4 days I still cant be provided a payment in full receipt...really??? When I advised I needed it, they just kept saying no (until I was escalated 4 tiers to the President). Please remind your billing service they are an extension of you and need to be more customer focused.
