NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE DISASTER. There is no phone number to use to get in contact with anybody at their "office." The only phone number they have is for the billing department. I have been trying to get in contact with this company for weeks. They are extremely unresponsive and bill irresponsibly. A good thing to note if you are getting a dental procedure... they can only bill medical insurance (because of their company policy) but they use dental codes for their procedures. This meant that my bill was sent to my medical insurance, and was almost sent to collections. I tried submitting a claim to send it to my dental insurance and I could not get ahold of them. BEWARE OF THE REVIEWS. They are all extremely accurate and this company HAS NOT FIXED ANYTHING. 0/10 would not recommend.

Had a routine procedure (tubes in baby’s ears) and they billed nearly double the authorized amount and billed it…twice. I am extremely confused looking at this bill and will be digging into it. Just really not the kind of thing I have time for! Procedure itself was fine.

the worse ever

I’m trying to make sure my billing is correct and that the anesthesiologist is covered under my insurance, however, speaking to someone who understands that is a struggle. All they do is tell me to call my insurance, I can’t ask my insurance anything without knowing who the doctor is.

Same as everyone else. More than a year out and still working with the billing department (or trying to) and my insurance. I keep receiving bills from a preapproved procedure and the insurance company is saying they just are not providing them with the pricing information they need to process the claim. So frustrating. You can never reach anyone when you try either.

Anesthesia was fine, but like others I've had reoccurring problems with their billing department despite having insurance and coverage while receiving the procedure. Despite years of phone calls and contact they haven't fixed the issue and incorrectly sent the bill to collections. If at all possible I would use a different company to avoid the hassle and stress that happens if they screw up your bill.

At the age of 17 I had emergency surgery. After all was said and done I went to college. The bills were sent to my parents old address and for a whole year we couldn’t get in contact with the billing people. For Bozeman hospital I applied for financial assistance for my huge bill, fees were waived besides Gallatin valley anesthesia and that bill got sent to collections at the age of 18. My credit is ruined. They aren’t helpful at all.

An absolute billing nightmare. Nobody speaks correct English and if they do they don’t understand exactly what you’re saying. I’m up to my seventh phone call trying to give them the correct information for Assistance on my bill to no avail. Originally took the steps they told me to take to get information to them, it was all wrong. Used regular mail with the address they gave me, wrong address, returned twice. Faxed information twice and they haven’t received it, sent a personal email to an address they gave me, no confirmation. Got sent to collections. My phone called today verified that nothing I have been doing is on record. Nobody in the Bozeman office has any contact to call for help. I really don’t know what to do from here and obviously there are no other choices than to use Gallatin Valley anesthesia associates but I sure wish that they cared enough about their business...

We paid our bill and have a cancelled check to prove it. Emailed them the cancelled check twice and now they are threatening me with collections. Totally incompetent staff. Going to lodge a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

After a little research, I found out that the BBB has little authority. A better alternative is to complain to the FTC. They will sue this company and put them out of business!

My surgical experience was good. However, the billing department is a nightmare. Bills were sent to an old address although surgery center states correct demographic information was provided. Left messages and no response. Sent a check with correct billing information and bills continued to be sent to old address. I was turned over to collections. I finally reached a representative and she was very confused and confirmed receipt of address update and payment. Did not know why statements continued to go to incorrect address. She said she would speak with supervisor. I have never received any follow up. Paid collection in full.

It’s too bad a large local medical group contracts out of state billing and doesn’t manage it.
