Awesome service. Awesome store. Awesome People. I went in looking to decorate my living room and Washington helped me out swiftly and honestly. He told me the price, date of delivery and options. Although that might seem obvious, it is hard to get those three things out of most furniture places on Staten Island. The furniture was delivered, the guys were professional and nice, and all on time. It looks great, fits my needs and budget too. Very happy. Will be doing business with you guys in the future. My sectional is everything I need. The staff helped me pick the perfect sectional for my home and the delivery guys had great communication and even pulled a piece of my sectional up 6 flights because it couldn’t fit in the elevator and they usually don’t do that overall great experience

Have to say I’ve never had better customer service, in a furniture store than in Furniture to Go. My first purchase was a sectional sofa, they accommodated with perfect delivery time. I absolutely love my sofas, great quality… No wait, like in other furniture stores. Definitely going to continue buying. Thank you for making this buy so easy.

I ordered Palliser home theater seating that is custom ordered and I love it. I also bought a cocktail table made by Ashley that matched it nicely. This furniture store has a wide variety brands they deal with and have great prices. I will defiantly buy more furniture from this store. They are very loyal and honest business that works with the customer and does above and beyond to make the customer happy. I can gladly say I’m HAPPY.
