I had an awful experience

Shadiest business I’ve ever witnessed😂 ZERO STARS not one

Absolutely disgusting and disrespectful customer service. My advice to you is pay a little extra and deal with stores with a well known name and warranty. Safe to say this was one of the worst experiences of my life.

Furniture to Go is the absolute best place to purchase furniture. From their beautiful selection of furniture to the delivery and set up, the experience was incredible,
Customer service was extremely warm and friendly,
I highly recommend this store for all furniture needs!

We ordered a couch on Wednesday and were told it will be delivered on Saturday. We removed the old couch and were waiting. 12 pm we called to ask for delivery we were told they don’t do deliveries in the morning they are doing then afternoon, and that driver will call us 2 hours before delivery. Before 6 pm still no one called so we called back. First we were told that we are not on the delivery list for Saturday. So we asked then why we were told we will get delivery on Saturday so than they came up with excuse that actually driver called us but were by the phone all day waiting and nobody called. Then we were told the driver head a death in the family all the deliveries for that day were cancelled. 3 different stories within 10 minutes. Never going back again.

The nicest, friendliest sales people I ever encountered. Had difficulty with a new mattress and they exchanged it immediately. Delivery was. 10 stars.
