I originally waited weeks for my delivery and after weeks of calling 2 pieces were delivered . One piece was not the recliner they showed us on the store. One piece i had someone pick up from the store and they gave him a broken leg and said I was aware.. (that piece was thrown out 4 months old!l)The pandemic happened and no response back on
the wrong recliner. Furniture is 14 months old and all fell apart. I contacted them on fb and left a review and was blocked.!

If you go anywhere but here for your furniture needs, you are doing it wrong. Mike, Harry, and the rest of the Furniture to Go crew were very helpful in helping my wife and I pick out furniture for our new home. The delivery guys were also very personable and made sure to be careful of the floors and walls. Before you go to the big shot furniture stores wasting your money, give Furniture to Go a try. You won't regret it.

Only positive was in-person experience. Sales person extremely friendly and helpful receiving your payment. Have now waited two months for a delivery I was told
I should expect by mid-April the latest. Was also told
I would be updated on status of delivery if I called. I have called several times and am either hung up on or phone just rings. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Invoice # is 2066 and my first and last name are clearly on it. I refuse to call and be hung up on yet again.

The in-store service was great, but the delivery service was horrible. When they came to my home, they weren't wearing masks, they threw scraps on my lawn & they put in the wrong size bed. When they arrived the second time to put in the correct size bed, they told me that the bed size was correct, but as soon as I told them the measurements, they realized it was the wrong bed (they were the same delivery men as the first time). They should know this offhand. I shouldn't have to tell them. And afterwards they expected me to throw out all the cardboard boxes which shouldn't be my task since it was it was their mistake. I didn't mind the first time, but the second time should have been their responsibility since they sent me the wrong size bed. When I called the store to tell them that this shouldn't be my responsibility the second time, the delivery men took only some of the boxes...

What amazing staff got my furniture within two weeks. The movers were so respectful and careful when they delivered my furniture. No one else beat their prices. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I purchased a beautiful bedroom set from them it was delivered on time and the delivery men were respectful and neat. The store had everything I wanted in stock. Everyone that works in the store was polite and friendly. It was a wonderful experience
