Ordered living room sectional and 6 chair dining room table to be delivered 3 days ago and because of a truck breakdown, they say, I’m sitting in my apartment with no furniture because all old furniture was removed. And on top of all of that no one called me to tell me this. I had to call and find out myself.
Finally on day 4 it was delivered. Very happy with the outcome but there was no need for all the non-communication, aggrevation and the wait. The delivery guys were extremely courteous friendly and helpful and went above and beyond.

Excellent company. Especially in these times where all furniture is backed up and delayed, they are responsive and ensure everything goes perfectly. Highly recommend.

My experience at Furniture to go was how every shopping experience should be. From day one to the delivery. Very helpful, patient, friendly, not pushy, no attitude, courtesy phone calls. The delivery guys were pleasant. They asked if they should take off their shoes. What gentleman. I had to give credit and recognition when deserved. Great prices fir quality furniture. I'll definitely be back. Good job, it's hard to come by these days. I've been to other stores and walked out just because of their poor attitude. Thank you for being you.
