Just purchased all the furniture for my new home here and I highly recommend this business. Furniture is of great quality and the coustmer service was great. When it comes to asking questions or voicing any concerns, Mike was extremely informative and accommodating.

Seems like a sleazy company. They have a pickup truck with a large sign attached to it advertising themselves in the middle of Richmond Avenue across from Bob’s Furniture everyday. I’m no big fan of Bob’s but this seems kind of slimy to me. Any company that does that seems illegitimate and shady and I wouldn’t purchase from.

Customer service is horrible. The guy working there with the raspy voice is rude and does not know how to speak to customers or his coworkers. He just hung out with 2 men that walked in chit chatting. He questioned me about why I am taking photos of a couch, I explained to him that I want to show my family who cannot be here. He said his boss has cameras everywhere and he will be in trouble if he sees that I’m taking photos. I told him I will go somewhere else where I am able to share photos with my family. He basically accused me of doing something shady by replying “if you want prices or stuff just give me the name of the manufacturer of the piece you’re looking for and I’ll give you a price” whatever that means. I told him we don’t have anything specific in mind and I’ll just go somewhere else, he replied “have a good day”. There was also a couple there shopping, he paid them no...

Don’t know how this store has 4.4 rating everyone I know who shopped there has something negative to say including myself. Stay away from that place, I purchased a couch for 150$ less then what the manufacturer was selling for and while couch still had tags on and never used I realized the fabric was off between the 3 pieces, I was told I have a warranty but when I called to replace I was told to
Call the manufacturer, when I called the manufacturer they basically told
Me to go kick rocks because I bought the sectional from a 3rd party. The owner basically told me , “ oh well …” lol
I wouldn’t recommend buying from them.

You walk in doesn't matter what your looking for you will buy something. Question is which one!!! Affordable prices and great quality. Washington took care of us He knows what customer service is all about. We will be back for additional furniture. Thank you Washington for making our purchase an easy one
