Did an amazing job. Form doing bloodwork test, digestive track diagnostic. Then come up with a plan to make you feel better. They found things out in those test I had no idea about. Feeling better now.

Functional nutrition was a great resource for me to improve upon my health. The program was more challenging as a college student, but the people were super supportive and flexible for my needs!

I can say that I wasn't the easiest client to deal with; change isn't easy! I would have given up, however, the staff at FNR was so very knowledgeable, patient, and willing to assist in any way to help me reach my nutritional goals. I made some improvements, have a ways to go, but can certainly tell you that you don't have to be perfect to be successful!! What a great resource and experience waiting for you!!

I used to have days I had close to no energy. I would avoid going up the stairs in my house at all costs. Now I don't even think of it and sometimes I power walk up the stairs. If I wanted to hold my son, I would have to sit on the ground to hold him because I was so weak. I'm back to picking him up without hesitation now. I considered myself to be a healthy person - diet wise - prior to FNR but some things diet alone can't fix. FNR helped do the digging and put the pieces together to get me back to being fully FUNCTIONAL ;)
