I had a service appointment on 01/18/2024 to repair the powder room toilet and sliding glass door to the deck. Matthias was the service person who arrived that day. He was very kind and understanding. He spent time listening as I explained the issues with the toilet and the door. He also asked questions concerning my explanations.
First, the sliding glass door was off of the track again. It was a recurring issue. Matthias did not just put the sliding glass door back on the tracks. Instead he took the door off and checked the functionality of all the parts. Matthias found that parts were no longer functioning or parts were completely missing. It was important that this door was functioning correctly as it could be a safety hazard. The door serves as the only exit on the second floor.
