Im not sure I’ve had better service from anyone in my life. Phil helped me expedite my paperwork when time was extremely tight while also staying realistic and help brainstorm ways to help me. He was always incredibly responsive and never left me in the dark about what was going on with my apostille. He even met me at the airport to give me my paperwork when it came in the mail the night before so I would have it in time for my appointment in Los Angeles.
