He was responsive to my phone call, traveled to a location in Denver to perform notary services, and was able to get the apostille from the Secretary of State and then he delivered them to my house. You should use Phil & Co for anything Notary / Apostille / Expediting shipping of important documents, etc. This is the second time we used his services for handling international documents notarization and securing an Apostille (which I've done by myself in the past and still remember the pain of dealing with it).
